Phase 01

Concept

Give your vision a direction.

We explore the architectural form, layout, and guest experience around your property. Early concepts establish the character of the unit and a shared direction for design.

  • Architectural direction
  • Initial layouts & guest experience
  • Material & interior inspiration
  • Project brief, budget & priorities
OutcomeAn agreed concept to develop

Phase 02

Design

Turn the concept into a buildable plan.

We develop the concept into detailed design and engineering, bringing structure, systems, materials, and finishes together. We resolve decisions, confirm approvals, and prepare the documentation needed for production.

  • Detailed architecture & floor plans
  • Structural, electrical, plumbing & HVAC engineering
  • Materials, finishes & design approvals
  • Production documents & transport engineering

Phase 03

Production

Build with consistency.

The approved design moves into controlled steel-frame production. Fabrication, assembly, and staged quality checks carry the design intent from the first unit through the production run.

  • Steel-frame fabrication
  • Envelope, systems & interiors
  • Staged production reviews
  • Quality checks & release documentation

Phase 04

Deployment

From production to your property.

Our in-house logistics team coordinates transport and delivery to your site. Dimensions, access, transport permits where needed, and arrival sequencing are considered before dispatch.

  • Route & access review
  • Transport equipment & coordination
  • Delivery sequencing
  • Arrival coordination & delivery handover
